DOC GRANDE RESERVA TINTO

Bulas DOC Grande Reserva Tinto was produced from grapes of excellence from the old vineyards of Quinta da FozCeira and from Touriga Nacional single variety vineyards from Quinta da Costa de Baixo. The vinification took place in temperature controlled lagares with foot treading, in order to extract and preserve all its complexity. This wine was aged in French oak casks for 12 months.

It displays an opaque ruby colour, intense and complex aroma, highlighting very ripe red fruit, notes of vanilla, balsamic aromas and spices. In the mouth it shows volume and an excellent structure, where acidity, tannins and wood quality are beautifully merged. Finish is very long, sweet and harmonious.

It a good match for traditional Mediterranean food, game dishes and spicy food.

Must be conserved at 12 to 14 ºC, in horizontal position, and served and drinked at 16 to 18 ºC.Some sediment is to be expected, and so it is advisable to use a decanter.
